Relief Compass is a simple app that allows ʻohana to order essential goods and services directly, helping you get what you need quickly and safely.

Once fulfilled, orders can be picked up Monday & Thursday 1p-4p / Tuesday & Wednesday 10a-2p at our offices in Kahului (111 Hana Hwy. Unit 109A). If these times/days do not work for you, we’ll be happy to schedule a time that fits your schedule.

If there’s something that you’re looking for that isn’t on our ordering list, please make a note before you submit your order–it’s possible that we may have the item or that we can help you with other resources.

It may take up to 5 days before your order is ready for pickup, as our small community-led team works with this new system.

When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation via text from Relief Compass. If you are not able to pick up your order within 1 week, a member of MRR’s team will reach out to you to schedule a pick up time.

Select “I need help”.
Enter your home location - enter your home address into the search bar, select your address from the list, then click confirm address.
Select “Maui Resource Collaboration”.
Select “Start a pickup request”.
Enter your phone number. If you do not verify your phone number, you may miss out on important communications about your order. Check the box to agree to “terms of service”, then click continue.
Enter your household size.
On the “Resources from available centers” page, select “Maui Rapid Response Warehouse”.
Select your items and desired quantities.
Once your order is complete select “continue”.
Add any additional notes.
Select “place request”
